THE 1st time we work together

If it is your first time working with Playfold, we require prepayment of at least 50% of the total of the quoted total fee as laid out in the Proposal. We require that our terms and conditions are agreed upon and signed by you or your company representative before we commence work. The terms and conditions will be attached to the proposal we send to you. For subsequent projects, prepayment is not necessary.  

HOW IT WORKS

• We will first quote on your project via a Proposal.

• We require that our terms and conditions sent with the Proposal are agreed upon and signed by you or your company representative and returned to us.

• If you accept the Proposal, we will send you an Invoice.

• The Invoice will have a link allowing you to pay the first 50% with credit card via the online payment service Paypal. The remaining 50% will be required to be paid 14 days after the initial payment is due. (If desired, you may pay 100% upfront when the Invoice is sent to you).

• After confirmation of initial payment, work commences on your design project.
